Community Participation

Connecting, Engaging, and Building Independence

At Silver Care Plus, our Community Participation service helps NDIS participants actively engage with their local community, develop social connections, and participate in meaningful activities. This service is designed to support independence, confidence, and inclusion while helping participants achieve personal goals.

We focus on creating opportunities for participants to explore interests, access community programs, and develop skills in real-life settings.

What Is Community Participation?

Community Participation involves supporting participants to engage in activities outside the home, whether that’s social, recreational, educational, or cultural. It helps build confidence, develop life skills, and foster a sense of belonging in the community.

Support is delivered in line with your NDIS plan and tailored to your personal goals, interests, and abilities.
